Silver Lands Academy – Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made from Silver Lands Academy on our website: https://silverlandssp.myshopify.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of digital downloads, E-books, and digital materials are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once the download link has been accessed or generated.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., the file is corrupted or a link is broken), please contact us so we can resolve the issue or provide a replacement link.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PRINTED BOOKS)
For items that are printed and shipped to you, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your book is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, you must report the issue within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.
To report a damaged or incorrect item:

Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographic proof of the damage or defect.
Conditions for Approved Returns If a return is authorized by our team, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Authorized physical returns must be sent to the following address: Tres Arroyos 3164 PB B, C1416DEB, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
3. REFUNDS & EXCLUSIONS

Final Sale: Except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described on our website, all sales are final.

Non-Refundable Items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, gift cards, or custom-made/personalized products.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item shipped or item damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other authorized returns, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees.
4. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
To start a return or report a problem with your order, please contact us at silver.lands.sp@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR EU AND UK CONSUMERS
If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have a statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification.

For Physical Goods (Printed Books): You have 14 days from the day you receive your book to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Once you notify us at silver.lands.sp@gmail.com, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to our address. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs.

For Digital Content: By purchasing and immediately downloading or accessing our digital products, you explicitly express your consent to begin the performance of the contract during the 14-day cancellation period, and you acknowledge that you forfeit your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital download or access has commenced.
